Return Policy

You have the right to return any product purchased from Aligne within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused (sealed), in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.

Once the box of sleep patches or similar products has been opened and the plastic seal has been removed, the item can no longer be returned. This policy has been put in place for hygienic reasons and to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Bundle Orders

Bundle orders cannot normally be returned due to the free gifts you receive with the order. This policy is necessary to prevent misuse. Returns may be accepted, but the following conditions must be met: 1. Sealed boxes must be returned 2. Free sealed gifts must be returned. As these gifts contribute to the bundle value, returning or exchanging colour or size after purchase is not possible. For questions please contact our support. For an opened box in a bundle we refund 50%.

Please note that our guarantee only applies to the first purchase, and that if you place another order you are no longer eligible for this guarantee and any refund requests will be rejected. For questions please contact our support.

Items must remain sealed and in their normal condition. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part, or if the product turns out to be defective/incorrect (colour or size). Please note that delays in customs processing, which are outside our control, are not a valid reason to initiate a return.
